These Terms of Service govern the use of the website operated by Mateusz Penszkal under the MKD-media brand.

The website is informational and contact-oriented. It is used to present the offer, portfolio, publish content, and send inquiries.

  • Service Provider - Mateusz Penszkal operating under the MKD-media brand.

  • Form - the contact form available on the website.

  • The User must use the website in accordance with the law, good practice, and these Terms.
  • It is forbidden to provide unlawful content, spam, malicious code, or attempts to disrupt the website.
  • It is forbidden to copy website content in a way that infringes copyright or trademark rights.
  • The User should use an up-to-date browser and enabled cookies when using functions that rely on sessions or consent settings.

4. Contact and quick topics

The contact form and quick-topic buttons are intended to start a conversation about a project. Sending a message does not mean that a contract is concluded or that the order is accepted.

The message may be supplemented with information helpful for quoting, such as business stage, scope, expected outcome, deadline, or budget.

  • I do not guarantee a specific business result, ranking position, or sales outcome because these also depend on many external factors.
  • I am not responsible for temporary outages of external services, hosting, email, analytics tools, or ad platforms.
