1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Mateusz Penszkal, operating under the MKD-media brand.

If you need formal company details for a contract or invoice, I provide them privately or in the cooperation documents.

Depending on how you contact me, I may process:

  • phone number,
  • subject and content of your message,
  • technical data linked to site usage, such as IP address, cookie identifiers, and browser/device information,
  • any details you voluntarily provide in the contact form, such as website details, project scope, budget, or business stage.

I process data for the following purposes:

  • to reply to your message and continue correspondence,
  • to take steps before entering into a contract and prepare a quote,
  • to carry out agreed cooperation if we work together,
  • to protect claims, keep records, and handle formal matters,
  • to secure the site, limit abuse, and keep the forms working properly,
  • to run analytics and marketing activities only if you consent through cookie settings or other consent mechanisms on the site.

The legal basis may be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and where consent is required, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Contact form

The contact form mainly asks for your name, email, topic, and message. Any additional fields, if available, are only there to make contact easier and speed up quoting.

Messages sent through the form may be stored in the system that supports the website so I can manage correspondence and follow up.

The site uses essential cookies needed for basic operation, and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies.

  • if we cooperate, I keep data for the duration of the service and then for the period required by law or limitation periods,
  • I keep cookie data according to cookie lifespan or until consent is withdrawn.

  • erase your data,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time if processing is based on consent,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).

10. Voluntary nature of data

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, but it may be necessary to answer your message or prepare a quote. Missing basic data can make contact harder.
