COLLABORATION MODELS

Every business needs a different model

A one-time project works when you need a defined scope. A subscription works when your website, store or marketing needs regular improvements and development.

01You pay for a defined outcome

One-time project

We agree the scope, timeline and acceptance criteria. You receive a working website, store or first version of an application.

  • clear scope and budget
  • good for a launch
  • payment in full or stages
  • further work only when you need it
02You pay for availability and development

Subscription / ongoing care

Each month includes an agreed amount of work. We can improve the website, run SEO, support the store, analyze data and develop new modules.

  • lower entry threshold
  • regular fixes and priorities
  • someone who knows your project
  • less time spent finding vendors

THE PRACTICAL DIFFERENCE

Do not compare only the starting price

The cheapest launch is not always the cheapest over the whole relationship. A subscription is not always right if you only need one website and a few changes. These examples show how to think about cost, not a fixed quote.

Simple HTML/CSS/JS website

Example for a business website from PLN 2,250 as a one-time project.

One-time

  • Start: PLN 2,250
  • After 12 months: PLN 2,250
  • After 24 months: PLN 2,250

Ongoing model

  • Example: PLN 450/month
  • After 12 months: PLN 5,400
  • After 24 months: PLN 10,800

A subscription makes sense when you also want regular content, SEO, conversion and section improvements.

IdoSell store

Example for an implementation from PLN 2,950 and optional support from PLN 750/month.

One-time

  • Store launch: PLN 2,950
  • With 12 months of support: PLN 11,950
  • With 24 months of support: PLN 20,950

Ongoing model

  • Scope agreed individually
  • May include fixes, Allegro, products and orders
  • Budget spread across fixed monthly payments

Compare not only the launch price, but also hours, response time and who operates the store after launch.

Next.js app or custom engine

Example for a first working version from PLN 4,000, developed in stages.

One-time

  • First scope: from PLN 4,000
  • Further modules: quoted separately
  • Cost depends on features, integrations and testing

Ongoing model

  • Fixed budget for feature development
  • Regular fixes and priorities
  • Build the product in stages

A subscription does not mean unlimited work. It means a reserved time allocation and a predictable development process.

TECHNOLOGY MATTERS

I do not sell one technology to everyone

I start with the process and the goal. A simple website should not become an application, and a store with an unusual process should not be forced into a template just because it is faster at the beginning.

Project + optional care

Simple HTML, CSS and JavaScript website

For a service business, specialist, restaurant, mechanic or local company that needs a fast and focused website without a heavy CMS.

  • fast loading and few dependencies
  • custom look instead of a ready-made theme
  • strong foundation for SEO and Google Ads
  • code changes handled by me
Staged implementation or development budget

Advanced Next.js web application

For companies that need a client panel, employee panel, login, integrations, calculator, offer system or a tool matched to their process.

  • modules developed in stages
  • data, forms and integrations
  • efficient rendering and SEO where needed
  • continued growth without rebuilding from zero
Implementation + optional monthly support

IdoSell ecommerce infrastructure

For a store that wants ready-made products, orders, payments, delivery and administration, but needs a thoughtful implementation and better sales operations.

  • faster store launch
  • strong IdoSell panel knowledge
  • Allegro and daily store support
  • UX, offer and analytics improvements
Analysis + staged implementation + development

Custom ecommerce engine

For sales with unusual ordering rules, individual pricing, specific logistics or processes that cannot be handled well by a standard platform.

  • full control over the order process
  • custom business rules
  • solution used in the TECH-MED implementation
  • development matched to operations

Choose a project when…

You have a defined goal, need a website or first version and want to control the initial cost.

Choose a subscription when…

You know there will be regular changes, SEO, ads, store support, data analysis or new modules.

Combine models when…

You need to build the foundation first and then develop it gradually based on results.

Installments for larger projects

A larger project can be split into analysis and design, the first working version, handover and further modules. Each payment corresponds to a concrete stage.

What we agree before starting

  • goal and main problem
  • first-stage scope
  • what is included and what is an extra change
  • timeline, acceptance and communication
  • whether you need ongoing care after launch

Not sure which model makes sense?

Tell me what you want to build or improve. I will match the technology, payment model and first scope so the decision also makes sense financially.
